Depending on how large the project is, we require either 1/3 or 1/2 of the project estimate as a downpayment to begin the project. If you pay 1/3 down, then we require the second installment midway through the project and final payment is made upon completion of the project.

We can supply you with tools that allow non-technical individuals to update their website, build a Content Management System(CMS) based on your needs, or we can maintain the site for you as needed.

If you have a domain name, we will request the domain name account I.D. and password. If you don't have this information, we can fill out a fax request form with some major registrars like Network Solutions, Inc. In many cases, we also contact the old registrar for our client and have the account I.D. and password e-mailed directly to you again for security purposes and our technical use. Once this is done, it takes 24 to 72 hours for the domain to transfer over.

We will work with you on any time constraint issues you may have to complete the project when you need it. Typically, a 5 to 10 page website will take about one week to complete. More pages and the complexity of the website will take longer depending on the number of pages and level of complexity.
